Today my TalkTalk landline rang, and the person claimed to be from TalkTalk saying there'd been some strange activity on my internet. I wasn’t too sure if it was legit, so I kept firing off questions at them. After a bit, they just ended the call on me. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I got a call from a woman with a strange accent claiming to be from Guaranteed Telecom. She was trying to sell me some nuisance call blocking service and asked if she could check my card details for the monthly phone bill. I was distracted, trying to listen, and only after a while figured out she was asking way too much info!
