Got a voicemail saying £300 was taken from my Amazon account, then £1100 wiped from my bank because of some overseas transfer. They told me to hit 1 if I wanted to stop the bank payments but I just hung up straight away. A few weeks back, I had a call like this too but from another phone number.

It was one of those recorded calls, I believe. The person said they were from "bank securit" and told me there were two payments made - one was more than £1000 and the other sent abroad. They asked me to press 1 if I wanted to stop the transactions. Sounded really dodgy to me.
