Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT, talking about the "status" of my broadband. I asked her to explain, and she went on saying my broadband had been changed from private to public, meaning anyone could use it. I told her that was nonsense! Then she called me a #### for not understanding and just hung up. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it!
