I have no clue why this number rang me.

Got a call from this number 01296532145 earlier today. I answered with a simple hi, and the woman on the other end asked, “Who’s speaking?” I told her she was the one who called, so who was she? Then she denied calling me. I could hear faint whispering behind her like someone was coaching her what to say. Didn’t bother with it and just ended the call. This number rang me before too but always just goes to voicemail and leaves no message. Think I’ll just block it now.
