Got a call from a local number, I answered but no one spoke and then they just hung up. I reckon it was probably some sort of scam. We’re on the TPS, so how are these calls still coming through? It’s really annoying.

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me claiming he was from BT saying my IP address had changed from private to public. I’m not even a BT customer, so I knew straight away it was a scam. Once I mentioned I’m a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, he just hung up without another word.
