That number 01296421720 is definitely a scam. Don't bother with the "message" they try to push on you. Best thing to do is just hold the line and wait for them to end the call. Let them waste their time instead.

Got a call saying something about 600 quid on my Visa and Mastercard, just like others have said. Sounded dodgy to me, so I didn't bother with it. Probably one of those scam calls trying to catch you out.

They told me that some money had been sent to an overseas account, so I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call about a visa, left a voicemail but didn't pick up again. Just ended up blocking the number. Definitely a scam in my opinion.

Got a call about visas and it was just one of those robot things saying press 1 or you’ll miss out. Total scam, watch out!

Got a call about some automatic “press 1” scam saying I bought £600 on my Visa mastercard overseas. Definitely didn’t do that! Watch out for these dodgy calls.

Didn’t get a voicemail, so I’m thinking this is probably some kinda scam.

Got a call from someone saying they were from my bank’s visa and mastercard team about a £600 purchase supposedly done on my card just 15 minutes earlier. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel the transaction. Totally a scam, very dodgy.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from my bank’s “Visa and Mastercard team” about a transaction to an overseas place. They wanted me to either confirm or cancel it, but they gave zero info. Sounds like a total scam to me!
