Got a call from a lady with a really thick Indian accent who said she was Carol from BT. Thing is, I’m not even with BT and I’m pretty certain they don’t make cold calls like that. Sounded fishy straight away. Told her she was a scammer but she kept insisting she was from BT. In the end, I just blocked the number and ended the call.
