At about 1.50pm I picked up but didn’t say a word. There was silence for a bit and then they just hung up.

Got a call on 12 Feb 2020 from a number I didn’t know. I answered but didn’t quite catch what the person said. I asked them where they were calling from and the reply was “somewhere in the world”. They then just hung up. After seeing the comments on this site, I think that counts as harassment.

I usually pick up calls from unknown numbers but keep quiet so I don’t accidentally react to those annoying robocalls. This time it was completely silent, probably from some call centre. They shouldn’t be silent like that, so I’ve filed a complaint with OFCOM online. Blocked them now.
