When I searched it online, it looks like it might be linked to some bank or something down in Australia. I’m totally confused and just stopped trying to figure it out.

They kept saying that based on the info I gave them, I could claim about £2,000 in compensation. Honestly, the moment they started pushing that, I just ended the call right away!
