I answered the call and greeted them, but then the connection just dropped.

Correction to my earlier note... I dialled the number from my phone and encountered a recorded message stating it was affiliated with NFU. I did a bit of digging online, only to find that their offices are located in Brackley or Deddington... but neither of those locations is linked to this phone number!
