sounds like it was a fake male voice, maybe a robot or something, not a real person cos a recording wouldnt have done much good. they said they were from bt tech support and warned me my internet would be disconnected in a day cause my ip got hacked. then they wanted me to press some keys on my phone. pretty dodgy if you ask me!
