Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent saying he was from “Open Reach”. He told me hackers had broken into my internet and they were looking into it. He said I needed to install some mirroring app on my phone for them to check things out, but honestly that sounded dodgy straight away. When I asked him to prove who he was and get me something in writing with his name, he got annoyed and just dropped the call. Definitely didn’t trust that one.
