Just a heads up - I rang my internet provider and they told me straight that this is definitely a scam! Apparently, if you hit 1, you get stuck in a queue and end up being charged a fortune. Plus, nobody ever picks up the phone. Watch out for this one!

Had this really awful automated woman’s voice call me, saying she was from ‘my internet company’. She told me my internet would cut off in a day because it was supposedly “being accessed from different places”. Then she told me to hit 1 to stop it. Obviously, I didn't press anything and just ended the call straight away.
