Finally picked up and they said they were from an energy provider. Told them I had no intention to switch but they still kept pushing me for my details. I know you don't need card details for a simple bank transfer, just the sort code and account number. Spoke to three different people, all with foreign accents, and they kept going on for about 25 minutes.
