Got a ring from some dodgy call centre, not speaking English properly, saying they were from Sky’s tech team about my WiFi being rubbish. They told me to grab my laptop and punch in some code. No way was I falling for that! I questioned why they hadn't asked for a password or any sort of security info - their answer? They "couldn't access my info". Didn’t even bother asking for my name. The bloke kept pushing that I had to enter the code right away. When I asked which part of Sky he was from, he just said Sky and then hung up on me! Total scam, stay clear.
