This morning I got a call from 01293953956, a woman speaking with an Asian accent claimed to be from BT. She said my internet was at risk and told me to switch on my computer and get online. The odd thing is, I was already online at the time! I told her I wouldn’t follow any instructions until I checked with BT myself, then I ended the call. I keep getting these sorts of calls, all from different numbers and with various stories trying to get me to press buttons or turn things on. Watch out, folks!
