I picked up and all I got was a quick "hello" then they just hung up straight away.

dont fall for this, they say they're from talk talk but theyre not, talk talk confirmed and are looking into it. block the number and any others they ring from. write down the number cause they might switch it up and let your phone company know. never share any details with them, just end the call. these scammers really need to be dealt with.
