Got a call on 08/07/2019 at 09:54, all I heard at first was some background noise, then a woman with quite a strong foreign accent spoke but didn’t say her name. I asked straight away, "Who is this?" She answered, "BT..." I said, "That’s hard to believe." She replied, "What do you mean you don’t believe it’s BT?" and then something like, "Maybe you should just hang up, or we’ll disconnect your line." I pressed '8' but nothing happened, so I ended the call.
