This number rings my phone like 20 times every single day. I finally picked up today and there was nobody there. I blocked it, but it somehow still manages to get through.

I've been receiving phone calls from this number repeatedly, and they persistently inquire about someone else. Initially, there’s a moment of silence followed by a live individual coming on the line. It's been happening ever since I moved into my home more than a decade ago!

I spent about a week on their payroll, and I must admit, I feel rather embarrassed to have been connected with such a spiteful organisation. While it’s not exactly a scam, they maintain an extensive database that carries a mix of accurate and inaccurate information regarding road incidents across the UK, and they can pull off a payout-but goodness, it comes at a considerable cost. Their conduct is utterly unprofessional, and I found them to be alarmingly rude, both to their potential clients and employees alike. After only a week, I was dismissed based on some misguided advice from my manager, with no proper explanation provided and without receiving a penny for the hours I worked. To top it off, they handed me the wrong contract to sign, essentially rendering my employment a phantom experience. As for the Crawley manager, a Mr Tatton, his leadership skills leave much to be desired. He seems to favour long gym breaks over actual work and spends his remaining time glued to his phone. His rudeness towards uninterested callers was astonishing; he was quite brash and boisterous, despite being the one intruding on them! They insisted that I had been involved in an accident back in November 2013, which is completely untrue. Apparently, I had missed out on some compensation I could have claimed from my insurance. When I asked for more specifics about this supposed incident - that never happened - they suddenly became evasive, citing data protection laws. Honestly, it gives off strong scam vibes!

Each time I request their postal address, they either decline to provide it or abruptly end the call. Their number originates from Crawley, Sussex. In the latest call, the representative offered me her phone number-01293368863, which popped up in my online searches-and she even directed me to their website, which is indeed www.completeclaimssolutions.co.uk. I’m seriously contemplating reaching out to them to insist they take my name off their list, as I’ve already blocked their number.
