Yep, that number is definitely tied to the CCS office in Crawley. I was there for about a week and honestly, I’m embarrassed I ever got involved with such a nasty outfit. It’s not a scam exactly, but they do have this massive database full of a mix of true and false info about UK road accidents, which they use to try and get you compensation. The problem is, they’re shockingly unprofessional and unbelievably rude to both clients and staff. I got the sack after just one week, supposedly for trusting my manager who gave me wrong info, without a proper reason or any payment for the hours I worked. To make things worse, they gave me a dodgy contract that basically made my job nonexistent on paper. The Crawley manager, some bloke named Mr Tatton, is far from a great boss - spends half his time skipping off to the gym and the rest glued to his phone. He was incredibly unpleasant to people he called who clearly weren’t interested, acting all aggressive and obnoxious, which is weird given he’s the one pestering them. Since they blocked my email, phone, and Facebook, and ignore me when I pop into the office, I wouldn’t trust these lot with anything. They insisted I was involved in an accident back in November 2013 and that I hadn’t claimed any compensation from the insurance company. I asked for more info about the so-called accident, but they refused to give any specifics, saying it was due to data protection rules. Honestly, it all felt really fishy to me, like a total scam...

I’ve received nearly six calls from this company claiming to be CCS Complete Claims Solutions, saying I was involved in an accident that never happened. Every time I ask for a postal address, they either refuse or hang up. Weirdly, their number shows up as being from Crawley in Sussex. The last caller gave me their phone number, 01293368863, which did show up in a quick Google search, along with a website www.completeclaimssolutions.co.uk, which looks legit.
