I was handed this number by the Sainsbury's Complaints Team, who can be reached on 0800 636262. Apparently, this is the direct line for their West Green branch. On the 3rd of November, I tried contacting this Crawley number and believed I was chatting with a manager; however, she didn’t seem to engage with my issue regarding one of their drivers. After trying to reach out again to this number, I’ve encountered a rather bizarre situation where the phone rings, gets answered, and then abruptly disconnects. Upon doing some research, I discovered that this number is flagged as potentially dubious. Yet, the Sainsbury’s Complaints Team continues to provide me with this same contact number!
