I picked up the phone only to be greeted by a cacophony of background chatter, and without uttering a word, they disconnected.
Moments later, they called again. When I inquired if they'd just tried to reach me earlier, the person acknowledged that they had indeed. I expressed my displeasure, mentioning I'd be lodging a complaint about the situation. To my surprise, she merely apologised and hung up on me once again.
