When I pressed them on who my actual provider was, there was a rather awkward pause. I mentioned I wasn't experiencing any issues and that I'd had this very same call just three days prior. At that point, they abruptly ended the conversation!

Somebody rang me saying they were from Sky and needed to sort out a problem with my internet. I asked them if they even knew who supplied my broadband, then they just ended the call right away.
