They claim to represent CCS Complete Claims Solutions, and insist they're reaching out regarding an accident that I, quite obviously, haven’t been involved in. Each time I've requested their postal address, they've either refused or promptly ended the call. Interestingly, the number has its origin in Crawley, Sussex. The most recent call I received was particularly intriguing; the caller actually shared her phone number with me, as well as directing me to their website, which is www.completeclaimssolutions.co.uk-definitely the right one. I’m planning to contact them shortly, insisting they remove my details from their records, especially since I've already blocked their number.
