When I tried calling back, there was an automated message with an American accent saying something like "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent." I just ended the call after that. Caller ID showed as unknown.

Everytime a call comes through it just ends just as I try to pick up. When I ring back, I get this American woman saying “your call is important” and to hold for an agent but after about 14 seconds it just disconnects. Pretty frustrating!
