Got a call from 08.50 saying they were from BT, but the accent wasn’t British at all. Didn’t trust it, so I just blocked the number and muttered some German swear words to myself.

There was a woman with an Indian accent who claimed to be calling from BT about my internet. I told her everything was working okay, and then she just hung up on me. Sounds like it was a scam to me.
