Somebody claiming to be from the Inland Revenue called me, going on about court proceedings for supposed unpaid taxes. They wanted me to share personal details, but I didn’t hand anything over. They said the call was being recorded and would be used in the HMRC court or something to that effect. I had a laugh and asked which county court they meant, then they just ended the call.
