From reading through the other comments, I’d say this is a call centre operation. They told me I’d completed a survey mentioning I have arthritis or back ache or something similar. Then they mentioned someone would be in the neighbourhood tomorrow and might ring to show me the Niagara therapy. I honestly don’t recall ever saying I have those problems. On the bright side, the caller spoke with a clear English accent, so I could follow what was said without trouble.
