There was this call with loads of background noise, sounded like a call centre for sure. The person on the other end spoke with an Indian accent and claimed they were from BT. They said there was some problem with my internet IP and that it had been switched to "business". They told me to look on my computer to see if I’d got any messages from BT about it. I said no, so they asked me to google the IP address and tell them what it said so they could help. I started explaining how IP addresses are created, like as much as I know about them, then they just dropped the call.
