I found it quite challenging to comprehend the caller, as they had a strong accent and their English wasn't the clearest. They were supposedly reaching out for the NHS to carry out a survey. However, I seriously question whether the NHS would delegate such a task to someone whose language skills are so lacking. It feels to me like a dubious attempt to trick individuals into divulging personal information.

They rang me, but as soon as my voicemail kicked in, they just ended the call straight away without saying anything.

i got a call from someone who said they were doing an NHS survey, but it was so hard to make out what they were saying. i just hung up. you'd think for a proper survey they’d make sure the person on the phone spoke clearly so the results actually mean something.
