This number is associated with an individual who rings up unsuspecting folks while masquerading as a BT representative. He’s certainly no technician and appears to have little to no understanding of computers. Don't be taken in by his antics!

This person was trying to sell me something, saying it was to help older folks stay safe. They said they got my number from some place called Fusion Services, which ive never come across before. When i said I was 23 (which I'm not really), they quickly told me I wasn’t the right person for their offer.

Someone called claiming to be from BT, warning me my internet was about to be disconnected due to a supposed hacking threat. I asked if that was really them, and then they just hung up on me.

At about 4.45pm I answered the phone after just one ring, but they hung up straight away. I decided to call back and found out it was someone trying to arrange a visit from a consultant to discuss wills and power of attorney. I said no thank you and blocked the number.
