I took the opportunity to mention that the previous caller had inquired about some so-called "12 subscriptions," which I have certainly not signed up for. After three increasingly unpleasant calls back then, I had hoped we wouldn't go down that road again. I calmly recounted how the last three conversations had unfolded, intending to avoid any nonsense.
