Then on the last call, he mentioned a company called Gr8Switch. To top it all off, we later discovered that she was attempting to transfer our phone lines to a company called 1Bill Telecom without our permission. When my partner dialled back to voice our concerns, he was met with some rather unpleasant verbal aggression from Douglas.
