Don't pick up, it's one of those fake scam calls about your card! It's a recorded message trying to trick you.

Had a call from someone pretending to be from "Visa Security" claiming there were dodgy charges on my debit card. They said someone at my local bank might be involved and urged me to move my money to a "protected" account, which they insisted was safer. They wanted me to do what they called a "test transaction" but it was all a trick to pinch my cash. In another case, they told someone to withdraw a load of cash and send it off to some sort of money mule. Proper con artists trying to trick folk into giving away their money.
