I received a rather persistent call supposedly from BT, featuring a chap with an Indian accent. He insisted my broadband speed was woefully slow, despite the fact that I had no issues whatsoever. It became quite tiresome as he wouldn’t accept my refusal to engage, and in the end, I had no choice but to end the conversation abruptly.
