Didn’t pick up cause I didn’t know the number. This is the third time in a day I’ve had calls about internet issues, each from a different number. Just blocked another one now.

This morning at 8:33 I got a call from someone named ‘Shirley’. I didn’t bother listening to what she said, seemed like a scam about our internet or something.

ah, it’s all on bt once again! I’m with you there, they’ve got all the info from places like this about who these annoying calls belong to and where they’re coming from. but our ‘helpful’ bt just sits back and does nada. i didn’t pick up at first, but then called the number back and they said i had to give my name and hit 1 then star to get through their so-called sky talk shield - no chance! seriously, bt, how about actually trying to protect us for a change? 1111

Like the others have said, they kept saying I was going to be cut off and I had to hit button 1. Total repeat of the same message.

Received another call today, but this time the number was different. An automated voice, claiming to be 'Shirley', told me our IP address was hacked and asked me to press 1 to speak with a tech expert. When will BT step up and put an end to these scammers getting hold of phone numbers? It’s getting ridiculous.

This woman claimed she'd been attempting to reach me repeatedly, saying there was an issue with my internet, but it’s definitely a scam.

I just let it ring, didn’t pick up as the number was unfamiliar to me.
