some bloke called peter rang me, said he was from this “national phone blocking service” or something. he had a weird accent and claimed they held financial details about my phone bill. i told him to take me off their list right away and then he just hung up on me. total scam if you ask me.

i got a call from a female voice, sounded like she had an indian accent, claiming to be from amazon. she mentioned something about a £49 charge or gift card on my account. when i asked if she was being truthful and if she ever lied, she dodged my questions and insisted she wasn’t trying to scam me. i decided to just hang up.

I picked up and there was nothing but silence on the other end, then suddenly a weird noise came through before they just cut the call.
