It seems they were keen to chat about the dreadful state of my BT internet connection and how it’s been behaving. Little did they realise, I’ve actually switched to another provider entirely!

So I just got a call from someone saying they were BT, but I told them I’m not with BT and they immediately hung up on me. The strange thing was the caller ID said Cafe Ginger, which kinda confused me because I thought maybe it was saved in my contacts, but I had never heard of it before. Is that some sneaky trick they use to confuse folks or what?
