Someone called saying they were from O2 and told me my SIM was going to expire at the end of the month so I needed to switch to 5G or something.

I got a call about my BT broadband being slow but they must of not realised I'm actually with another company. They wanted to chat about the internet speed and all that.

So I just got a call from someone saying they were BT, but I told them I’m not with BT and they immediately hung up on me. The strange thing was the caller ID said Cafe Ginger, which kinda confused me because I thought maybe it was saved in my contacts, but I had never heard of it before. Is that some sneaky trick they use to confuse folks or what?
