I got a call on my mobile where they called me by my first name and even knew my address. They started saying energy costs are going down and named our energy provider, then asked what we pay for gas and electric. That’s when it struck me - they weren’t from our supplier but trying to sell us something. I’m still puzzled how they got my name, number, address, and the details of our energy company since my name isn’t linked to that account.

Orbit Energy has rung me up about 7 times over the past 5 days. I've explained I don’t handle the bills and asked to speak with the person who does, but they keep saying he’s not available. When I ask when he’ll be back, they just say they don’t know because he’s a driver. Quite frustrating really.
