However, after receiving two unusually lengthy calls today, I decided to check who it was using 1471. To my dismay, it turned out to be a funeral director trying to peddle some sort of offer-quite unsettling, especially given that a family member is battling prostate cancer. If they dare ring again, I won't hesitate to seek legal advice! Honestly, what gall! And how on earth did they procure my number? If I ever decide to make arrangements for my own demise, I'll do it on my own terms-thank you very much! I certainly have no interest in receiving unsolicited calls with ridiculous packages. Honestly, are people really expected to divulge their bank details to anyone when they could just as easily be chatting with a con artist halfway across the globe? It’s apparent that their marketing team hasn't quite thought this through-apparently the caller was a Scottish lady.
