Got a call outta nowhere from someone claiming to be the “consumer helpline itd” pushing a timeshare exit deal. When I told him my number’s on the telephone preference list, he got all defensive and said it was fine as long as he thought I’d benefit. Proper annoying bloke, kept arguing with me the whole time.
