At 4.29 in the afternoon, I got a call from this number and the person was really rude, using awful language.

Got a call from this number today, 8th Nov 2016 around 12:40pm. The connection was rubbish, I couldn’t really hear what they were saying. When I told them that, they just told me to f#k off and then hung up straight away. Does anyone know who this could be?
