got this automated call from bt, said my line would be disconnected today. it told me to press 1 to talk to “someone” or press 2 to just go ahead with the disconnection. i hit 0 instead, and ended up talking to someone with an indian accent claiming to be from bt. i told him to stop lying and just bugger off with the calls. then he just hung up on me.
