Got a call from a lady saying she was with BT, warning me they were about to cut off my phone line due to security issues. She insisted that my IP address had been compromised and said they’d sort it out to keep things safe.

Got a missed call from Chepstow today. They left a voicemail saying £600 was going to be taken from my account and that I should press a button to cancel it. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t these idiots have anything better to do? They should be locked up. The police really need to step in and put an end to this.
