Is BT really going to switch off my broadband? Can’t believe it! Just got a message out of the blue saying my internet’s going to get disconnected. Anyone else had this happen? It’s so frustrating when you rely on it for everything. Hopefully it’s just a mistake or some kind of mix-up.
