Got a call from someone saying they were from TalkTalk customer service. I told them I was a bit tied up and asked if there was a number I could ring back on. They said no, and when I asked to speak to a manager, the woman just ended the call.

Today I got this automated call again, saying I’ve been involved in some serious fraud and that if I want to talk about it, I should press 1. This is the second time it’s happened, and it’s quite worrying!

We’ve got TalkTalk as our provider, yet BT keeps ringing us up with some automated message about internet issues. The number that’s calling doesn’t come up on our caller ID. It’s a bit annoying, really.
