I got a robotic call claiming to be from BT saying my internet would get cut off because they detected some kind of cyber security issue on my router. They told me to press 1 to chat with someone. When I did, a very clearly Indian guy with a strong accent came on and told me to switch on my PC and then helped me install some software. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call from a man, sounds robotic, saying ive missed a message from BT warning about some dodgy stuff going on with my internet. Feels like they faked the number tho.
