I must correct myself regarding the time I mentioned previously; it should indeed read 09:50 am rather than the stated 10:50 am on the 25th of November, 2020. This is troubling as I worry that someone who may not be as vigilant as I am might have inadvertently pressed '1' to finalise whatever transaction was going on.
