Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. No clue who it was.

Got a missed call from this number when I got back from work. Did a quick search and seems like it might be one of those scam calls. I keep getting these missed calls but I'm out all day, so no chance to actually answer and tell them to buzz off. No idea how they even got hold of my number. Watch out for 0094369850, sometimes it even shows as an international call.

how on earth do these talktalk scammers get hold of so many different phone numbers? this is the second call from them today, each time they use a new number. they really don’t give up easily!

I got a call saying there was an issue with my computer. Honestly, I reckon they’re trying to trick folks into giving them access, probably to steal money from online banking or maybe lock the computer with ransomware. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
