The bloke didn’t sound like any Scot I know, sounded a bit off. Of course, the classic “I’m from BT internet support” line popped up, asking me to sit by my PC. I mentioned my router’s knackered already, but he kept pushing for me to switch on my computer. Could hear loads of racket in the background, so I guessed he and his mates were up to no good, probably running a scam. I cut the call short and blocked the number straight away.
