6 yearsGot a dodgy call saying my Amazon Prime subscription was ending soon and to hit "1" if I wanted to speak to someone. I accidentally pressed too quick and just got the same message on loop. Next time, waiting a bit longer before pressing "1" actually got me through to some "agent". I told him their scam was rubbish and the system didn’t catch me, and he just told me to "f### off" before hanging up. Proper cheeky!AmazonSubmit Your Own Report (01290 349534)
